I needed to do an errand in the Bautista Street area in Makati and because I was already in the area, I decided to head over to Becky's Kitchen to get a box of cherry walnut fudge brownies.

It's been a really long time since I last had these brownies. I absolutely loved them when I was a kid. I discovered these when someone gave a box to my mom one Christmas and I thought them to be very addictive. The thickness of these brownies is just right, and the way they are cut into bit-sized cubes makes them very easy to eat. And of course, they taste amazing!

It was a rainy afternoon when I got there and when I arrived, there wasn't anyone else in the store. Cool! Just as I placed my order, more people started to come in. Normally, when you enter the store, you need to get a number from the guard to know your place in the queue, and this is what everyone else did.
Becky's Kitchen doesn't just sell brownies, of course. There are many other cakes and baked treats available in their store. Maybe one of these days, I can visit again and get some of their other items.
