This was a new experience for me. I attended the opening of the Small Wonders Exhibit of Ang Ilustrador ng Kabataan (Ang-INK) and Globe Telecom held at the basement of the Globe Tower in BGC. My friend is an artist of Ang-INK and she invited us to join her. I've been to museums and galleries before but never to an exhibit opening. It was a simple event and the gallery showcased maybe 30 pieces from the many artists of Ang-INK so I had time to look at and appreciate each artwork in detail.
My friend Jovan's piece is called Indayon, which apparently means swing. (I didn't know that so that was something new I learned that night.)
One of my favorites in the exhibit is this piece called Dog Mail Express. I have been thinking about getting this since I saw it but I'm just not quite sure where I can display it at home.
