So this is pretty late but I still wanted to write about it. :) A belated congratulations to Nonito Donaire for beating Cesar Juarez to take the WBO Super Bantamweight title.
He fight went the full 12 rounds and he eventually won by unanimous decision. It was a tight match but this win allows Donaire to reclaim the vacant Super Bantamweight title which he lost two years ago to Guillermo Rigondeaux. (It seems Rigondeaux was stripped of the title because he hadn't fought in more than two years). The Filipino Flash (as Nonito is called) who now has a very good 36-3 win-loss record and there is a growing list of boxers who want to challenge him. I wish Donaire continued success and I hope he can keep his belt and further improve his win-loss record.
Congratulations, Nonito!
