Non-stop rains in Luzon have resulted in massive flooding in Metro Manila. Zambales, Bataan, Pampanga, Pangasinan, Tarlac, Laguna, Cavite, Rizal, and Bulacan.If you need help, here are some emergency hotlines you can reach:

• TO THOSE WHO NEED TO BE RESCUED, PLEASE PUT WHITE BLANKETS WHERE IT IS VISIBLE FOR THE RESCUERS SO THAT THEY WILL KNOW SOMEONE NEEDS TO BE RESCUED IN YOUR HOME.

[August 7,2012] We're opening PARC (PAWS Animal Rehabilitation Center in Aurora Blvd, Katipunan Valley, Loyola Heights QC) as a temporary evacuation center for Marikina pets. Owners must leave ID and contact info, and if possible, roofed cages.
