Flooding in the Philippines: Emergency Hotlines

Non-stop rains in Luzon have resulted in massive flooding in Metro Manila. Zambales, Bataan, Pampanga, Pangasinan, Tarlac, Laguna, Cavite, Rizal, and Bulacan.If you need help, here are some emergency hotlines you can reach:

  • if you are unable to contact our hotlines as a last resort, please post in my wall on facebook the complete details (Name, Address, Situations, No. of people involved and there situation, contact numbers, etc) so that our volunteers can get back at you ASAP.   • TO THOSE WHO NEED TO BE RESCUED, PLEASE PUT WHITE BLANKETS WHERE IT IS VISIBLE FOR THE RESCUERS SO THAT THEY WILL KNOW SOMEONE NEEDS TO BE RESCUED IN YOUR HOME.

[August 7,2012] We're opening PARC (PAWS Animal Rehabilitation Center in Aurora Blvd, Katipunan Valley, Loyola Heights QC) as a temporary evacuation center for Marikina pets. Owners must leave ID and contact info, and if possible, roofed cages.
